Our AGM was well attended in Langton's Kilkenny on September 19th 2016.

Our Guest Speaker was Mr. Pat McKenna from Childwatch.ie.

Pat's presentation was both excellent and incredibly informative. Pat focussed on how images taken by students/school can be misused and subsumed into the world of pornography. Pat emphasized the importance of creating awareness around the dangers of the the 'virtual world' in which a lot of our students operate. Pat informed the AGM how to delete EXIF DATA and so making it more difficult to misuse photos and reduce their trace ability. All information about booking Pat for Student, Teacher & Parent talks is available on www.childwatch.ie
